Step-By-Step: Accessing Kia Repair Information

Per your requests, we are adding step-by-step instructions on how to access the vehicle maker repair information to complement our how-to-videos on the OEM Information pages. Easily reference this article by clicking the link under the video on the Kia OEM Information page.

To find the Kia repair information:

  1. Go to www.kiatechinfo.snapon.com
  2. Click Close (pop up window)
  3. Enter username and password (left side of page)
  4. Click Login
  5. Click Go To Kia Global Information System (upper left just above update account)
  6. Click Service Info (SI) (top of left side menu)
  7. Select Year and Model (from dropdown menu across top of webpage)
  8. Click Body (far right of webpage click the small icon)
  9. Click Body Repair (far left of webpage)
  10. Click Body Repair Manual
  11. Click Body Panel Repair Procedures
  12. Click the procedure needed
  13. Click Repair Procedures
