2016 Cadillac CT6 Repair Network: UPDATE

With the March release of the 2016 Cadillac CT6, there is no better time to become part of the Cadillac repair network. So what is involved in becoming part of the repair network? Let's take a look.

As with all repair networks, there are requirements that need to be met. Due to the fact that this is a mixed materials vehicle, there are training requirements that include courses from both GM and I-CAR. I-CAR Gold Class designation is one of the basic knowledge and skill requirement options to qualify for the Cadillac Aluminum Repair Network Through GM.

In addition to Gold Class designation, at least one technician at each participating shop must complete each of the I-CAR training courses recognized by the Cadillac Aluminum Repair Network.

To complement the training, there are tool, equipment, and repair facility requirements. Finally, there are yearly audits performed at each facility. For more information, start by going to the Cadillac Aluminum Repair Network page. Here you can find information on the tools and equipment requirements, training requirements, and the audit process to be part of the Cadillac Aluminum Repair Network.
