OEM Linking Pin: Finding Mazda Missing BRMs

As part of the I-CAR Repairability Technical Support (RTS) OEM linking pin activity, we are helping to connect the collision repair industry to the vehicle makers. We recently noticed that some of the Mazda body repair manuals (BRM) were missing for certain model years. We reached out to Mazda for clarification.

It turns out, that most of the BRMs will only appear on the first year of a model generation. In the chart below, we list which manual to enter into the search for each generation of vehicles to find the correct BRM.

*The Mazda Tribute was built on the same platform as the Ford Escape for the years indicated.
