The front upper rail has no OEM procedures available. The front lower rail can be sectioned and partially replaced at factory seams using plug welds and fillet welds. There are multiple locations in which the outer uniside can be sectioned and replaced using plug welding and open butt joints on the sectioning seam. Procedures are available for sectioning the uniside reinforcement and the inner uniside. The trunk floor can be partially replaced at factory seams, but it has no OEM procedure for sectioning. The Rear body panel can be sectioned in multiple locations, and replaced using plug welding and open butt joints.
