Honda/Acura Bumper Cover - Non-Repairable Zone Templates

Bumper repairs on newer vehicles are more complicated due to advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) features. Honda has something in the body repair manuals that will help with the decision and process.

Many 2022 and newer Honda/Acura vehicle body repair manuals include a document titled Template For Non-Repairable Zone On Bumper Cover. This printable template identifies the restricted repair areas on bumper covers with ADAS.

After logging into the service information site:

Go to Service Info
Select Model and Year from dropdowns
Select Body Repair (Collision) Info from dropdown
Click Search
Click Body Repair Manual
Click General Information

The Template For Non-Repairable Zone On Bumper Cover document is in Body Repair ➤ General Information ➤ Repair Procedures. You can also search for the document title in the Type-In Keyword field.
