A Video Tour of the RTS Portal: OEM Partial Part Replacement Search

The Repairability Technical Support (RTS) team has put together a series of videos highlighting each area of the RTS portal. These videos are designed to help educate you on the types of information you will find in each area. Let’s take a look at the OEM Partial Part Replacement Search page.

By clicking on the OEM Partial Part Replacement Search page, you are able to:

Search by year, make, and model
Find out if a procedure is available for sectioning a part or partially replacing it at factory seams
Find color-coded search results for 2015 and newer models
Plus much more!

Follow these step-by-step instructions to search for a specific year/make/model:

Click OEM Partial Part Replacement Search (left menu)
An new page opens
Select Make from dropdown
Select Model from dropdown

Note: After you have selected the make, only vehicles for that make will be available

Select Year from dropdown
Click Search button under Make dropdown
A Results page opens
Click blue Vehicle text in right column

This is where you can find if a procedure is available for the vehicle you selected.
