Step-By-Step: Accessing Subaru Repair Information

To find the Subaru repair information:

Go to techinfo.subaru.com
Click Sign In (left side of webpage)
Enter username and password
Click Continue
Click STIS Publications (top left of webpage)
Enter vehicle: (right side of webpage)

option 1: Enter VIN
option 2: Select Year and Carline from dropdowns

To open the body repair manual (BRM) for most 2025 and older models:

Click Checkbox for Service Manual (left side of webpage)
Click Search (right side of webpage)
Click model-specific BRM (bottom of webpage)
BRM opens in new tab

To find BRMs for the 2024-2025 Impreza, 2024-2025 Crosstrek, 2025 Forester, and all 2026 models:

Click Checkbox for Service Diagnostics (left side of webpage)
Click Search (right side of webpage)
Click vehicle-specific service manual (bottom of webpage)
Click BRM (top of webpage)

To find BRMs for Subaru Alliance vehicles such as Solterra, Uncharted, and Trailseeker models:
