Prior to logging in, you must contact Rivian at aftersalessupport@rivian.com to receive credentials.
To find Rivian repair information:
- Go to business.rivian.com
- Enter username and password
- Click Submit
- Enter vehicle (left side of webpage):
- option 1: VIN
- Enter VIN (top left of webpage)
- Parts Catalog opens after VIN is accepted
- Click Procedures (top of webpage)
- Select Service Manual from dropdown
- option 2: Manual entry
- Under Technical Procedures, click Vehicle icon (bottom left of webpage)
- Service Manual opens
