Per your requests, here are the step-by-step instructions for submitting a library request in ALLDATA.

Even if the repair information you are looking for is available, the information may be out of date. Sending a library request guarantees that the information you are viewing is the most up-to-date available from the vehicle maker.

To do a Collision ALLDATA Library request:

Go to my.alldata.com
Enter username and password
Click Login
Click Collision
Enter vehicle information
Click Library (top left of webpage)
A new window opens
Complete all fields with requested information
Click Next (bottom right of webpage)
Select response type: Email or Phone
Click Submit
