RTS Navigation: Has This Question Been Asked Before?

The Ask I-CAR team has answered thousands of questions, from the industry, since its inception in July of 2014. As would be expected with that many inquiries, many have been repeat questions. The Ask I-CAR team has staff available to answer technical inquiries Monday thru Friday from 7 AM until 4 PM central standard time. What happens if you have a question after hours or on a weekend? Well, you may be in luck. Many of the questions and answers are posted to the RTS portal. Let’s take a look at the benefits of posting these questions and answers and where to find them.

We understand that in the collision industry time is of the essence. With having the questions and answers posted to the RTS portal, it gives you 24-hour, 365 days-a-year access to find the answer to your question. There are many questions and answers posted on the RTS portal so there’s a good chance you may quickly be able to find the answer to your question, without having to submit an inquiry and wait for a response.

When you come to the RTS Portal, click on the Ask I-CAR menu tab on the left-hand side of the screen. From here, you have numerous search options available. You can search by:

  • Make/Model/Year/Subject
  • Subject only
  • Make and Subject
  • Or any combination thereof to broaden your search

If you are still unable to find the answer you are looking for through the various search options or from the Top Ten Questions listed on the page, then go ahead and Submit a New Collision Repair Question. Our team of subject matter experts will research your question and reply as soon as possible.
