Mitsubishi added another level of security to their website. The Google Authenticator app must be downloaded and installed from either the Google Play or Apple App Store by a dedicated user. The app generates a one-time use code, which must be entered before a new code is generated.
To find the Mitsubishi repair information:
- Go to mitsubishitechinfo.com
- Enter username and password (top left of webpage)
- Click Submit
- Open Google Authenticator app
- Enter Code in 2FA Verification Code box
- Click Continue
- Click Service Information (top of webpage)
- Click Click Here next to To Begin A Service Information Search (middle of webpage)
- Enter vehicle:
- option 1: VIN
- Enter VIN
- Click Go
- option 2: Manual entry
- Select Model Year, Model Name, Engine, and Transmission from dropdowns
- Body Repair Manual (BRM) locations:
- Note: If Other Document button not active, use option 2
- option 1: Other Document:
- Click Other Document (middle of webpage)
- Select Body Repair Manual from Document Type dropdown
- Click Click Here To View Table Of Contents
- Click Arrow icon for 3-Welded Panel Replacement (left side of webpage)
- option 2: Service Information:
- Click Service Manual (middle of webpage)
- Click Click Here To View The Table Of Contents For The Service Manual
