Step-By-Step: Accessing Ford/Lincoln Repair Information

Per your requests, we are adding step-by-step instructions on how to access the vehicle maker repair information to complement our how-to-videos on the OEM Information pages. Easily reference this article by clicking the link under the video on the Ford OEM Information and/or Lincoln OEM Information page.

To find the Ford/Lincoln repair information:

  1. Go to www.motorcraftservice.com
  2. Click Login (upper right side of webpage)
  3. Enter username and password (center of webpage)
  4. Click Submit
  5. Click on your All VEHICLE LINES for model years 1994-Current (blue text center of webpage)
  6. New window opens
  7. Use one of the following options for selecting the vehicle:
    • Select By VIN (left side of the webpage), then enter the VIN
    • Select By Year & Model (left side of the webpage), then select the year and the model
  8. Click on GO (either on the right or the middle of webpage)
  9. Click on Workshop (tabs across top of webpage)
  10. Click on the text under 5: Body and Paint (lower left 01: Body or 02: Frame and Mounting)
