Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) has a Collision Bulletin that has the requirements for the use of heat when straightening.

FCA Collision Bulletin Number: 31-001-11 Use of Heat to Straighten Damaged Components details the FCA heating recommendations. Per the collision bulletin, "Any damaged body panel or frame component, which is to be repaired, must be repaired using the “cold straightening” method. No heat may be used during the straightening process."
