Step-By-Step: Accessing Audi Repair Information

Per your requests, we are adding step-by-step instructions on how to access the vehicle maker repair information to complement our how-to-videos on the OEM Information pages. Easily reference this article by clicking the link under the video on the Audi OEM Information page.

To find the Audi repair information:

  1. Go to www.erwin.audiusa.com
  2. Enter username and password (right side of page)
  3. Click Login
  4. Click OK (pop up window)
  5. Click Service Information (tabs across the top of page)
  6. Enter vehicle
    • option 1: Click Vehicle Identification Number to enter a VIN
    • option 2: Click Guided Search to enter a Year and Model (tabs in center of the webpage)
  7. Click Vehicle Identification Number or select Guided Search (tabs in center of the webpage)
  8. Enter the VIN (vehicle identification number) or select "Year and Model" (guided search)
  9. Category 1 select Repair Manual
  10. Category 2 select Body
  11. Click Search
  12. From the list select Body Repairs (Body Repairs, Body Collision Repair is general information that does not include sectioning procedures)
  13. Click OK (pop up window)
  14. Scroll down to the last page and click OK
  15. Scroll down to the table of contents and click the procedure

Per Audi: "Google Chrome and Microsoft EDGE may work if you modify the setting which allows the program to open the Adobe PDF outside of the browser window. Opening the document within the EDGE or Chrome browser may not allow you to click past the Caution and Warnings message."
