Hyundai/Genesis Releases Additional Body Repair Manuals: UPDATE
Hyundai Motor America has updated their approved body repair manuals (BRMs) available to the United States market. This also includes the new addition of Genesis branded BRMs!
Originally the RTS team announced on July 14, 2020, the availability of specific Hyundai BRMs which have not been made available previously. Later, on April 30, 2021, July 7, 2022, and February 23, 2023, we updated the year range for their BRMs. To keep you even more informed, we have some new content to share.
Hyundai-specific BRMs are available on www.hyundaitechinfo.com for the following models and years:
- 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 6 (CE EV)
- 2019-2022 Hyundai Nexo (FE)
- 2020-2023 Hyundai Palisade (LX2)
- 2022-2023 Hyundai Santa Cruz (NX4A OB)
- 2019-2023 Hyundai Santa Fe (TMA)
- 2020-2022 Hyundai Sonata (DN8A)
- 2020-2022 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid (DN8 HEV)
- 2022-2023 Hyundai Tucson (NX4)
- 2022-2023 Hyundai Tucson (NX4A)
- 2022-2023 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid (NX4 HEV)
- 2022-2023 Hyundai Tucson Plug-In Hybrid (NX4 PHEV)
Genesis-specific BRMs are available on www.genesistechinfo.com for the following models and years:
- 2019-2023 Genesis G70 (IK)
- 2022-2023 Genesis GV70 (JK1)
- 2023 Genesis Electrified GV70 (JK1a EV)
- 2021-2023 Genesis G80 (RG3)
- 2023 Genesis Electrified G80 (RG3 EV)
- 2021-2023 Genesis GV80 (JX1)
- 2023 Genesis G90 (RS4)
This is current offerings of BRMs from Hyundai and Genesis. Hyundai/Genesis plans to add more BRMs over time. For BRMs not yet published, continue to submit a Hyundai/Genesis Ask I-CAR inquiry and we will send it to Hyundai/Genesis.
Per our contact at Hyundai, only the body repair manuals currently listed on the tech info websites are approved for the US market.
