Step-By-Step: Accessing Mercedes-Benz Repair Information

Per your requests, we are adding step-by-step instructions on how to access the vehicle maker repair information to complement our how-to-videos on the OEM Information pages. Easily reference this article by clicking the link under the video on the Mercedes-Benz OEM Information page.

To find the Mercedes-Benz repair information:

  1. Go to www.startekinfo.com
  2. Click Login (upper right corner)
  3. Enter username and password
  4. Click Log on
  5. Click Technical Information incl. WIS, TIPS (right side of webpage)
  6. Click Passenger
  7. Review and close Information box ("x" in top right corner)
  8. Scroll down and click WIS-net (right column about halfway down)
  9. Click Xentry WIS (left menu)
  10. A new popup window will open
  11. Enter vehicle
    • option 1: Enter VIN (best search option)
    • option 2: Select Chassis Mode (use dropdown)
  12. Click OK
  13. Click Standard search
  14. Click the "+" button under Groups area to filter by groups to search (60-65 are body related)
  15. Click the "+" button under Information Types to filter the information received
  16. Select All Information Types
  17. Click Search (button turns dark blue when selections are made)
  18. Click the Eye icon to view document (right side of webpage)
