The Honda/Acura Steel Usage And Repairability matrix is a chart that identifies Honda/Acura repair recommendations based on the MPa of steel used for a part. The matrix contains information on the MPa, steel type, cold repairability, use of heat for repairs, recommended welding methods, plus more.

This document is designed to work in conjunction with vehicle-specific body repair manuals and the Honda Body Repair Manual & Welding Sectioning Guideline Revisions and Acura Body Repair Manual & Welding Sectioning Guideline Revisions documents. As noted on the steel usage and repairability document, "Always follow the model specific body repair manual for detailed repair procedures."
