Step-By-Step: Accessing Mercedes-Benz Repair Information

Per your requests, we are adding step-by-step instructions on how to access the vehicle maker repair information to complement our how-to-videos on the OEM Information pages. Easily reference this article by clicking the link under the video on the Mercedes-Benz OEM Information page.

To find the Mercedes-Benz repair information:

  1. Go to www.startekinfo.com
  2. Click Login (upper right corner)
  3. Enter username and password
  4. Click Log on
  5. Click Xentry WIS (right side of webpage)
  6. A new popup window will open
  7. Enter vehicle
    • option 1: Enter VIN (best search option)
    • option 2: Select Chassis Mode (use dropdown)
  8. Click OK
  9. Click Standard
  10. Click the "+" button under Groups area to filter by groups to search (60-65 are body related)
  11. Click the "+" button under Information Types to filter the information received
  12. Select All Information Types
  13. Click Search (button turns dark blue when selections are made)
  14. Click the Eye icon to view document (right side of webpage)
