How to Find Toyota/Lexus CRIBs

Toyota/Lexus/Scion has Collision Repair Information Bulletins (CRIBs) that contain a lot of information the collision repair industry needs to know.

In the past, much of this information could be found on the Toyota Collision Refinish & Repair Training webpage. Now, you will need to have a subscription to Toyota Technical Information System (TIS) in order to access these documents.

Here are step-by-step instructions to find Toyota CRIBs on TIS:

  1. Go to techinfo.toyota.com
  2. Enter username and password (top left of webpage)
  3. Click Login
  4. Click the TIS tab (top left of webpage)
  5. Click the CR tab (middle of webpage)
  6. Select a Make from Division (top left of screen)
  7. Enter "CRIBs" in the Keyword textbox (top of webpage)
  8. Click Search

This will display all CRIBs for the selected Make. Click the next button on the bottom of the CRIB list to see more. Please note that not all CRIBs will apply to all years, makes or models. To see which applies to the vehicle in repair enter the model and year prior to performing the search. Always refer to Toyota/Lexus service information for the most up-to-date CRIB information.
