As part of the I-CAR Repairability Technical Support (RTS) OEM linking pin activity, we are helping to connect the collision repair industry to the vehicle makers. We‘ve had technical inquiries that asked for clarification on where to find the 2023-present Subaru Solterra body repair manuals.
While searching for the Subaru 2023-present Solterra, 2026-present Trailseeker, and 2026-present Uncharted body repair manuals (BRMs), you may notice that it cannot be found with the rest of the Subaru model BRMs, even when searching by VIN. We reached out to our contact at Subaru for clarification. Per our contact at Subaru: "The BRM is available under Service Diagnostics."
For example, to find the Solterra body repair manual:
- Go to techinfo.subaru.com
- Enter username and password
- Click Login
- Click Service Diagnostics (top of webpage)
- Select Solterra from dropdown
- A new window opens
- Select Production Date
- Click Service Manual button
- A new popup window opens
- Click BRM/Body Repair Manual (top of webpage)
From there, other information is found by clicking the tabs at the top of the manual. For example, if you click the RM/Repair Manual tab, the service manual is displayed.
