Step-By-Step: Accessing Audi Repair Information

Per your requests, we are adding step-by-step instructions on how to access the vehicle maker repair information to complement our how-to-videos on the OEM Information pages. Easily reference this article by clicking the link under the video on the Audi OEM Information page.

To find the Audi repair information:

  1. Go to www.erwin.audiusa.com
  2. Enter username and password (right side of webpage)
  3. Click Login
  4. Click OK in popup window
  5. Click Service Information (tabs across top of webpage)
  6. Enter vehicle (tabs in center of webpage)
    • option 1: Click Vehicle Identification and enter VIN
    • option 2: Click Guided Search and enter Year and Model
  7. Select Repair Manual from Category 1 dropdown
  8. Select Body from Category 2 dropdown
  9. Click Search
  10. Click Body Repairs
    • Note: Body Repairs, Body Collision Repair is general information that does not include sectioning procedures
  11. Click OK in popup window
  12. Scroll down to last page and click OK
  13. Scroll through Contents and click procedure

Per Audi: "Google Chrome and Microsoft EDGE may work if you modify the setting which allows the program to open the Adobe PDF outside of the browser window. Opening the document within the EDGE or Chrome browser may not allow you to click past the Caution and Warnings message."
