Navigating the I-CAR Repairability Technical Support Portal

For your convenience, we've provided you with a few different options for navigating the I-CAR Repairability Technical Support (RTS) Portal at rts.i-car.com.

When you are on the rts.i-car.com home page, you can click on any of the rectangular pictures, or buttons, that are in the center of the page.

The column on the left side of the page contains your options for navigating within the portal. This method of navigation also appears on a mobile device. They are blue or orange on the home page and turn white after you click on them. This helps you to identify where you are.

If you ever want to go back to the I-CAR Repairability Technical Support Portal home page, just click on the I-CAR Repairability Technical Support logo in the upper left corner.

The tabs at the top of the page can be used to navigate within the I-CAR Repairability Technical Support Portal and the main www.i-car.com website. When you click on each tab, a larger menu drops down.

The first tab (Educational Programs) and the last tab (Solutions) give you access to pages within the main www.i-car.com website.

The second tab (Technical Information & Services) contains the same links that are on the left side of the I-CAR Repairability Technical Support Portal, along with links to popular resource pages on the main www.i-car.com website and Repairers Realm.

So, no matter where you are on the website, another section of the website is never more than a click away.
