Step-By-Step: Accessing Volvo Repair Information

Per your requests, we are adding step-by-step instructions on how to access the vehicle maker repair information to complement our how-to-videos on the OEM Information pages. Easily reference this article by clicking the link under the video on the Volvo OEM Information page.

To find the Volvo repair information:

  1. Go to www.volvotechinfo.com
  2. Purchase the subscription and download applicable software
  3. Open VIDA on WEB (application that was downloaded)
  4. Enter username and password
  5. Click Login
  6. Click Login (lower right corner)
  7. Click Define Vehicle Profile (left middle of webpage)
  8. Enter VIN or select Model and Year (lower left)
  9. Click OK
  10. Click Information (tab in upper right)
  11. Click Repair (upper left tab)
  12. Click Removal, Replacement and Installation (dropdown menu)
  13. Click 8 Body and Interior (left menu)
  14. Click the procedure needed
