The Concierge will have a representative from the Multimatic Assembly Facility contact you to review the amount of damage and determine whether the vehicle will need to be returned to Multimatic for repair. In general, if the front or rear aluminum structure has been bent or damaged, or if the carbon fiber tub itself has been potentially damaged, the car will need to be returned to Multimatic for repair.
