Is there a sectioning procedure available for the outer quarter panel?

Subaru has a sectioning procedure for the outer quarter panel. Per our contact at Subaru, the 2015 Forester repair manual is the same as the 2014 Forester manual. The procedures can be found at techinfo.subaru.com
