Chrysler does not have a sectioning procedure for the outer rear rail.
Per the 2013 Chrysler 200 body repair manual: ““Rail, rear, outer” (Do not section)
Chrysler has a sectioning procedure for the inner rear rail. The procedures can be found at: stellantisiop.com
