RTS Subscription Explanation

RTS Subscription Explanation

I-CAR launched its Repairability Technical Support (RTS) Portal in 2014 in response to the industry’s need for a tool that could provide better, faster access to repair information with the click of a button. Since its launch, the RTS Portal has provided thousands of repair solutions to technicians and shop owners and managers, with new solutions being provided every day. In order to continuously support the high-demand for this service and help sustain future RTS growth initiatives, full access to the RTS Portal is now being offered as a subscription service. Let's take a look at how this service can work for you.

First please note that training with I-CAR will grant you full access to the RTS website at no additional cost! This access is granted to individuals and repair facilities that fall into any of the following categories:

  • Platinum
  • Gold Class
  • Road to Gold
  • Active Training Status (trained with I-CAR four or more times in the past 12 months)

For individuals and repair facilities that do not fall into the categories mentioned above, Daily and Annual Subscriptions to the RTS Portal are available for purchase on the RTS website or by clicking here.

What do you get when you become a subscriber? You gain a research department in your company, for the hard to find information and on the information that needs clarification. While we can't send out vehicle maker repair procedures, (due to copyright laws) we can let you know if the information exists before you spend hours and money only to find out that the information does not exist. You will also gain a path to the vehicle makers through our OEM Linking Pin activity. That means if we can't find the documentation you need, we will contact the vehicle maker to help resolve the issue.
