Is there a sectioning procedure available for the B-pillar reinforcement?
Response
Chevrolet does not have a sectioning procedure for the B-pillar reinforcement.
Per the 2015 Silverado body repair information: “The center pillar outer panel reinforcement is made of Ultra High Strength Steel. Sectioning, or repair of Ultra High Strength Steel is not recommended. It should be replaced as a complete assembly at factory locations.“
