Is there a sectioning procedure available for the rear rails?

Response

RAM does not have a sectioning procedure for the rear rails.

Per the I-CAR Steel Structural Damage Analysis (DAM12) course: “It is recommended to only follow the part replacement guidelines outlined by the vehicle maker. If a vehicle maker does not offer sectioning guidelines, then sectioning should not be done.”

A tool that may be used to find out if the vehicle maker has a partial replacement or sectioning procedure is the I-CAR developed OEM Partial Part Replacement Search.
