Is there a procedure available for replacing the the D-pillar reinforcment that allows disassembly of the service part assembly?

Per the 2018 Toyota RAV4 body repair manual, Back Door Opening Side Reinforcement procedure: "4. If the entire supply part is not needed, remove the part of the supply part that is needed."
