Is there a sectioning procedure available for the front upper rail?

Ford does not have a sectioning procedure for the front upper rail.

Per the Ford Focus Workshop manual: “No frame rail sectioning is allowed on this vehicle. Components must be replaced at the factory seams.“

Ford has a partial replacement at factory seams procedure for the front upper rail. The procedures can be found at www.motorcraftservice.com
