Is there a sectioning procedure available for the rear rail?

Response

Nissan does not have a sectioning procedure for the rear rail.

Per I-CAR curriculum developed in cooperation with the vehicle maker: "Sectioning procedures approved by Nissan are identified in the repair procedures. If an ultra-high-strength steel (UHSS) part is damaged, sectioning is not an option; the entire service part must be installed."

A tool that may be used to find out if the vehicle maker has a partial replacement or sectioning procedure is the I-CAR developed OEM Partial Part Replacement Search.
