Is there a procedure available for replacing the bolted and welded front bumper reinforcement?

Chevrolet has a procedure for replacing the front bumper reinforcement. The procedures can be found at www.acdelcotds.com
Per the 2014 Chevrolet Cruze body repair manual: “The Cruze Impact Bar is retained using eight fasteners and four or more resistance welds. It is not necessary to replace the welds when replacing the Impact bar”
