Is there a repair procedure available for the radiator core support?

Response

Ford does not have a repair procedure for the radiator core support.

Per the 2015 Ford Taurus Workshop manual: “NOTICE: The radiator bolster is a hybrid component. If damage occurs to the radiator support component, it should not be repaired or incorrect vehicle operation may result. A new component should be installed. Refer to Section 303-03.”
