Dodge has a sectioning procedure for the outer uniside. The procedure can be found at: stellantisiop.com
Per the Dodge Ram body repair manual: “The outer aperture panel (class “A” surface) may be installed following the guidelines published in the FCA/Stellantis “Non-Structural Sheet Metal Repair Manual” publication. The location of the joint should not be performed at a door hinge or striker mounting location.”
