Chevrolet does not have a specific procedure for replacing the outer quarter panel using adhesives.

Per the most recent version of the GM Metal Panel Bonding available at www.acdelcotds.com: "Panel bonding of steel is only recommended when the panel is originally bonded to the vehicle.”
