Is there a sectioning procedure available for the rear rails?

Response

Ford does not have a sectioning procedure for the rear rails.

Per the 2013 Ford Explorer Workshop manual: “NOTICE: Frame members are a combination of HSLA and UHSS . Because of this design feature, sectioning is not recognized by Ford Motor Company. Frame Members must be replaced at the factory seams.”
