Ford has measurements for the door openings. The measurements can be found at www.motorcraftservice.com.

The collision repair information is part of the Workshop manual. The dimensions are found under 5: Body and Paint > 01 Body > 501-35 Body Repairs > DESCRIPTION AND OPERATION > Body > Body Side Dimensions.
