Is there a sectioning procedure available for the front lower rails, rearward of the radiator core support?

Ford has a sectioning procedure rearward of the radiator cores support. The procedure can be found at: www.motorcraftservice.com. Note that the scribe line is used as a measuring point, not a sectioning location.
