Sectioning and Partial Part Replacement: 2019 Volkswagen Tiguan

The front lower rail has procedures available for both sectioning and partial part replacement at factory seams. The Front upper rail has multiple OEM locations in which the rail can be sectioned, as well as partially replaced at factory seams, according to the body repair manual. Sectioning procedures are avialble for the outer uniside, as well as a single sectioning location for the uniside reinforcement. The outer quarter panel on this vehilce has a rolled hem flange. There are no OEM procedures available for the inner uniside

The rear rail has two OEM sectioning locations available, however, there are no partial part replacement procedures at factory seams. The trunk floor can be sectioned in multiple locations according to the body repair manual. Multiple sectioning locations are available for the rear body panel depending on damage location.
