OEM Emergency Response Guides: FCA/Stellantis

Are you looking for OEM emergency response guides (ERGs)? The Repairability Technical Support (RTS) team has located these guides and either houses them on the RTS website, provides links to webpages that house them, or provides articles with instructions on how to locate them.

These guides provide information about the vehicle that is useful to emergency response personnel. You may find ERGs available for many types of vehicles, but most OEMs focus on how to handle a high-voltage (HV) vehicle that has been involved in a collision.

For FCA/Stellantis vehicles, these guides can be accessed for free and do not require a subscription. The website contains ERGs for Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Fiat vehicles.

Here are step-by-step instructions on how to find an ERGs on the free FCA/Stellantis website:

  1. Go to mopar.com
  2. Hover over Assistance (top of webpage)
  3. Click For First Responders (bottom right of dropdown)
  4. Scroll down to select vehicle
  5. Click View PDF

It’s important to remember that the ERGs do not provide all the necessary information to repair HV vehicles. The OEM procedure and precautions always need to be followed to ensure the safety of the technician, as well as a complete, safe, and quality repair.
