OEM Linking Pin: 2013-2019 Cadillac ATS Inner Quarter Panel Sectioning
As part of the I-CAR Repairability Technical Support (RTS) OEM linking pin activity, we are helping to connect the collision repair industry to the vehicle makers. Recently, we had a technical inquiry that asked about inner quarter panel sectioning on a 2015 Cadillac ATS coupe.
The 2015 Cadillac ATS coupe and the sedan share the same body repair manual (BRM). For other procedures, General Motors (GM) calls out images/procedures for the coupe separate from the sedan. In this instance, the only images shown in the procedure are for a sedan. We reached out to GM for clarification if an image/procedure is available for the coupe.
Per our contact at GM: "The procedures noted will suffice for a Coupe Model and a Sedan Model ATS. Use the procedures (Doc IDs 2888990 & 2889271) to repair the vehicle as necessary. Use the rear of the window as a locator in the available procedures to use as a template for the Coupe Model."

Per our contact at GM, these procedures apply to the 2013-2019 Cadillac ATS coupe and sedan models and are found in the vehicle-specific BRMs.
