DISABLE PROCEDURE AND TIME (Always Check Service Manual)
NOTICE w/ Navigation System for HDD:After the engine switch is turned off, the display and navigation module display (HDD navigation system) records various types of memory and settings. As a result, after turning the engine switch off, make sure to wait at least 60 seconds before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
Disable procedure and time:
1. Turn engine switch OFF and remove key.
2. Disconnect and isolate negative battery cable.
3. Wait 90 seconds.
• Before using an electric welder on the vehicle, remove any SRS parts around the area being repaired
• Before repairs, remove the airbag sensor assemblies if impacts are likely to be applied to the sensor during repairs
When the cable is disconnected from the negative (• ) battery terminal, the memory of various systems will be cleared. Because of this, be sure to make a record of the contents memorized in each system before starting work. When work is finished, adjust each system to its previous state

PARTS THAT MUST BE REPLACED FOLLOWING A DEPLOYMENT
When any of the airbags have deployed due to the collision, be sure to replace all sensors in the damaged areas and center airbag sensor assembly. [MODULE,AIRBAG CONTROL; AIRBAG SENSOR, FENDER; AIRBAG SENSOR,FRT DOOR; AIRBAG SENSOR,QTR PANEL]• Steering wheel mounted airbag [AIRBAG,STEERING WHEEL], (If Deployed)
• Front passenger airbag assembly [AIRBAG,INSTRUMENT PNL], (If Deployed)
• Driver side knee airbag [AIRBAG,KNEE BOLSTER], (If Deployed)
• Front passenger side knee airbag assembly [AIRBAG,KNEE BOLSTER], (If Deployed)
• If the front seat side airbag assembly was deployed, replace the front seat side airbag assembly, front seatback frame assembly, front seatback cover, separate type front seatback cover and separate type front seatback pad with the necessary parts in accordance with the extent of the collision damage [AIRBAG,FRONT SEAT]

• Perform a diagnostic system check• Steering pad [AIRBAG,STEERING WHEEL]
• Driver side knee airbag assembly
• Front passenger side knee airbag assembly
• Front passenger airbag assembly
• Front seat side airbag assemblies
• Steering wheel
• Instrument panel
• Instrument panel reinforcement
• SRS wire harnesses and connectors
• Occupant classification ECU system (passenger side)
• Center airbag sensor assembly
• Front airbag sensors
• Door side airbag sensors
• Side airbag sensors
• Front seat outer belt assemblies
• Seats and seat mounting points
• When inspecting a vehicle that was in a collision, be sure to check all of the seat belt systems regardless of whether or not the system was activated in the collision. Replace any damaged or malfunctioning systems
