DISABLE PROCEDURE AND TIME (Always Check Service Manual)
1. Turn ignition switch to OFF and remove key.2. Disconnect and isolate negative battery cable.
3. Wait at least 90 seconds.
When the negative (-) terminal cable is disconnected from the battery, the memory will be cleared. Therefore make a record of the contents stored in each system before starting work. When the work is finished, reset each system as it was before. Never use a back&up power supply from outside the vehicle to avoid erasing the memory in any system.

PARTS THAT MUST BE REPLACED FOLLOWING A DEPLOYMENT
When any of the airbags have deployed due to the collision, be sure to replace all sensors in the damaged areas and center airbag sensor assembly. [AIRBAG SENSOR,FRONT; AIRBAG SENSOR,SIDE; AIRBAG SENSOR,INTERIOR; MODULE,AIRBAG CONTROL][Deployed Airbags]
• Steering pad [AIRBAG,STEERING WHEEL]
• Front passenger airbag assembly [AIRBAG,INSTRUMENT PNL]
• Front seat airbag assembly, [AIRBAG,FRONT SEAT]
• Curtain shield airbag assembly, [AIRBAG,ROOF]
• If the front seat side airbag assembly was deployed, replace the front seat side airbag assembly, front seat adjuster sub-assembly, front seatback cover and front seatback pad with the necessary parts in accordance with the extent of the collision damage
PARTS THAT MUST BE INSPECTED AND REPLACED IF DAMAGED
• Steering pad [AIRBAG,STEERING WHEEL]• Front passenger airbag assembly [AIRBAG,INSTRUMENT PNL]
• Center airbag sensor assembly [MODULE,AIRBAG CONTROL]
• Front airbag sensor [AIRBAG SENSOR,FRONT]
• Front seat inner belt assembly
• Seat position sensor
• Occupant classification ECU
• Front seat side airbag assembly
• Side airbag sensor [AIRBAG SENSOR,SIDE]
• Curtain shield airbag assembly [AIRBAG,ROOF]
• Rear airbag sensor [AIRBAG SENSOR,INTERIOR]
• Front seat outer belt assembly
Additionally inspect the:
• Steering wheel
• Instrument panel/ Instrument panel reinforcement
• Front pillar garnish and Headliner
