DISABLE PROCEDURE AND TIME (Always Check Service Manual)
1. Turn ignition switch OFF.2. Disconnect the negative cable from the battery.
3. Wait at least 3 minutes before beginning work.
Before removing any of the SRS parts (including the disconnection of the connectors), always disconnect the SRS connector.

PARTS THAT MUST BE REPLACED FOLLOWING A DEPLOYMENT
For front deployment:• Driver Airbag (DAB) module [AIRBAG,STEERING WHEEL],if deployed
• Whenever the Passenger Airbag (PAB) module is deployed it should be replaced with a new one assembled with an extension wire [AIRBAG,INSTRUMENT PNL]
• After deployment of the Driver Airbag (DAB) module, replace the clockspring with a new one
• Front impact sensors [AIRBAG SENSOR,FRONT]
• Seat Belt Pretensioner, if deployed
• SRS control module [MODULE,AIRBAG CONTROL]
For side/curtain deployment:
• SRS control module [MODULE,AIRBAG CONTROL]
• Whenever the Side Airbag (SAB) is deployed it should be replaced with a new one assembled with an extension wire
• Whenever the Curtain Airbag (CAB) is deployed it should be replaced with a new one assembled with an extension wire
• Side impact sensor(s) for the deployed side(s) [AIRBAG SENSOR,SIDE; AIRBAG SENSOR,QTR PANEL]
• Seat Belt Pretensioner, if deployed
• Any damaged restraint system part
PARTS THAT MUST BE INSPECTED AND REPLACED IF DAMAGED
• Steering wheel• Impact sensors
• Never attempt to modify, splice, or repair SRS wiring. If there is an open or damage in SRS wiring, replace the harness.
• All airbag system parts and wiring identified by diagnostic unit check
