For a Front airbag deployment:

• Steering wheel, airbag and steering column assembly
• Coil spring (contact roller)
• Control module, if steering wheel mounted airbag or instrument panel airbag has deployed (The control module can be used for a maximum of three times with activation of seat belt tensioners and/or side airbags and inflatable curtain/roll bars.)
• All seat belt assemblies with seat belt tensioners on the front seat in use during a collision
• Both the rear seat belt assemblies on the outer seats. Those in use and those not in use during a collision
• The seat belt for the centre seat on the rear seat, if in use during a collision
• Passenger airbag, if deployed with dashboard

• Any damaged restraint system part

For a side airbag deployment:

• Side airbag, if deployed with backrest upholstery bag
• Control module (The control module can be used for a maximum of three times with activation of seat belt tensioners and/or side airbags and inflatable curtain/roll bars.)
• All seat belt assemblies with seat belt tensioners on the front seat in use during a collision
• Both the rear seat belt assemblies on the outer seats. Those in use and those not in use during a collision
• The seat belt for the centre seat on the rear seat, if in use during a collision

• Any damaged restraint system part

For an activated roll bar:

PARTS THAT MUST BE INSPECTED AND REPLACED IF DAMAGED

• Knee shield
• SRS wiring harness
• Windscreen
• The roll bar
• Front sensors, (The front sensors do not need to be replaced if there has been no mechanical damage to the sensor and if the sensor does not give a trouble code)
• Any damaged components
• Any restraint system part or wiring identified by diagnostic check

For a side airbag deployment:
• Wiring harness for the side impact sensor, side airbag and seat-belt tensioner
• Side impact sensors (The side impact sensors do not need to be replaced if there has been no mechanical damage to the sensor and if the sensor does not give a trouble code).
• Any restraint system part or wiring identified by diagnostic check

For an activated roll bar :
• Wiring harness for the side impact sensor, roll bar and seat-belt tensioner
• If the roll bar is reset to its original position following activation (e.g. to facilitate operating the soft top) the movement of the roll bar must be checked before a new activation unit is fitted
• Side impact sensors (The side impact sensors do not need to be replaced if there has been no mechanical damage to the sensor and if the sensor does not give a trouble code).
• Any restraint system part or wiring identified by diagnostic check
