Great Designs in Steel 2015 Presentations: A Closer Look - 2016 Nissan Maxima
In case you missed it, David Coakley and Jonathan Zischke from Nissan North America presented Advanced High-Strength Steel Technologies in the 2016 Nissan Maxima at Great Designs in Steel 2015.
According to the presentation, the 2016 Maxima will employ a variety of steels, including 1,180 MPa steel for the upper B-pillar reinforcements and 980 MPa for the A-pillar reinforcements.
