Chevrolet
Chevrolet does not have a specific procedure for replacing the passenger floor.
Per I-CAR curriculum: "Front pans are typically replaced at the factory seam. Some vehicle makers have sectioning procedures which may identify cut lines, while others may be based on specific criteria.
Repair and replacement procedures may not be provided by some vehicle makers. In a situation like this, the insurer, vehicle owner, and repair facility need to discuss all options to determine how the vehicle should be repaired."
