Is there a sectioning procedure available for the A-pillar reinforcement?

Ford does not have a sectioning procedure for the A-pillar reinforcement.
Per I-CAR curriculum developed in cooperation with the vehicle maker: “No sectioning repairs can be done on passenger compartment reinforcements unless indicated in the vehicle service information.”
